Herrth is a small recruitment consulting business formed by two Principals out of Melbourne in 2016. Herrth is independent, focussed on delivery and works in collaboration with its clients and candidates alike. With over 15 years combined experience Herrth operates in the construction infrastructure industry, consulting engineering, building and oil and gas sectors in Australia, the Middle East, SE Asia and the UK/Europe.

Who we are
The Founder and Director of Herrth is Brett Herridge. He had been working as ‘client & supplier’ for several years prior to creating Herrth.
Brett brings a human element to the business and overall approach which given his independence in the industry allows for a stronger and more meaningful business relationship.
A tertiary qualified Business Development, Recruitment and Client Account Relationship Manager with over 15 years’ worth of demonstrated senior level experience in global recruitment. Brett can successfully identify and develop talent for major projects within the Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Transport sectors.
Brett has developed a global candidate and client based network that translates into a successful resourcing model across the UK, EU, Middle East, Australia and the USA ensuring a diverse and deep talent pool.
